Week #1 - The Challenge of Large-Scale, Food Production

This week is about establishing the ever growing challenge the world faces in offering healthy, accessible, and sustainable food to people everywhere. Introducing this challenge to my children has inspired them to ask questions. They have taken a look at what they eat and how, by choosing their meals with awareness, they have power to impact the world.
