1984 Arcade Review
You a 80s 90s fan? Why are you still reading this? It’s $7.50 per person and 50 cents for pinball
My3 f Fun, Funny, Food ,
On a scale from 1-5 I give it a 4
I give it a four because it was always crowded and noisy. Some people like noise. I don’t like it.
I will talk about the decor now. There was an orange thing with curved pipes and eyes in the stairwell. It peaks out of the window, so look for it when you walk by. It is cute! At the bottom of the stairs, look for an 80’s telephone that plays, “Never Gonna Give You Up” (sometimes). And, if you get bored (I doubt you will), they have a tv and a lightning ball. It has two floors, and most of the decor that I mentioned is downstairs, but don't be sad, there is pinball and many fun games up stairs too.
The Discovery Center 438 E. St. Louis Street
The Discovery Center -
Jacob: The first thing I did was go to an area that had really cool stuff like the bed of nails, a dinosaur dig area, a floating ball, a heat camera and a fake mini tornado. And there was one of those things that you get onto and you spin it and you spin really fast. (I only did it for a little bit and it made me a bit nauseous.) Next we went to a room that had a ton of little blocks on the wall that you could rotate and we made them all blue. On the fourth floor we went was a room with different countries represented in it. There was fake food and clothing from different countries and my favorite one was Italy because it had some spaghetti. They also had a human hamster wheel me and Logan did. That was my very fun experience at the discovery center.
I Rate the discovery center 9.5 out of ten because it was extremely fun but slightly crowded.
